Used OEM BMW intake cam/camshaft gear adjuster unit (inlet), genuine part number 7600085. This is the camshaft phasing component that adjusts valve timing on the intake side. Common failure symptoms include a rattling noise at idle, reduced engine power, or a check engine light for camshaft position correlation. It fits both left and right placement on N63 and S63 V8 engines, as well as the N55 inline-six.
