This used OEM intake camshaft (camshaft / inlet cam) is an Audi genuine part number 079109003GT, removed from a donor vehicle. It also replaces 079109003GB and 079109003DR. This is the left-side (driver side) intake cam for the 4.0L 3993cc V8 DOHC turbocharged engine (found in Audi S6 and S7). A worn intake cam lobe can cause rough idle, misfires, or reduced engine power, as it directly controls intake valve timing.
