This used genuine OEM intake cam / camshaft (inlet), part number 079109101DA, came from a donor Audi and is ready for install. It replaces 079109101CT, 079109101DS. This left-side camshaft controls intake valve timing on the 4.2L V8 (4163CC or 4172CC) found in Audi R8 and RS4 models. A failing camshaft can cause rough idling, timing errors, or reduced power—replacing it restores proper valve operation.
