BMW intake cam / camshaft (inlet), right-side placement, OEM part number 8600426. This is a used genuine BMW camshaft removed from a donor vehicle. It controls the opening of the intake valves on the right bank of the 4.4L N63/S63 V8 engine family, including turbocharged and MHEV variants. A worn or failed intake cam can cause rough idle, reduced power, or valvetrain noise. This part has no recorded interchange or superseded numbers.
