This used OEM intake camshaft (inlet), Porsche part number 94610524361 (also supersedes 94610524360), is the left-side cam designed for 3.0L and 3.6L V6 engines found in Cayenne, Macan, and Panamera models – including diesel, hybrid, and turbocharged variants. The intake cam controls valve opening for proper air/fuel delivery; a worn unit can cause rough idle, misfire, or timing chain noise.
