This used intake cam / camshaft (inlet), OEM 94810501308, is a genuine Porsche part from a donor vehicle. It also supersedes 94810501307 and 94810501306. The left-side inlet cam is specific to the 4.5L V8 DOHC naturally aspirated engine. Also called the intake cam, it governs valve timing. A worn camshaft can cause rough idle, misfires, and power loss. Have a qualified technician handle installation.
