BMW 7398881 Interior Door Handle / Release, a used OEM left-rear door handle from a G11/G12 7 Series. This handle is the interior release for the rear left door, allowing occupants to open it from inside the cabin. A common failure on these handles is the plastic trigger or cable mechanism breaking, causing the door to not open from inside. This genuine part was removed from a donor vehicle.
