This used OEM BMW interior door handle release cable (OEM 7259837) is the genuine Bowden cable that connects the inside handle to the latch mechanism. Suitable for left or right rear doors on 3 Series and M3 models, it works with various 2.0L and 3.0L engines. When this cable fails, the door won’t open from inside, leaving only the exterior handle functional.
