The Audi Volkswagen Leak Detection Pump / Pressure Switch OEM 5Q0906253C is a used genuine part that tests the evaporative emissions system for fuel vapor leaks. Also called a pressure switch, it monitors system integrity to prevent check engine lights and EVAP fault codes. This pump supersedes 5Q0906253B and 5Q0906253A. When it fails, you may notice a fuel odor or trouble passing emissions testing. It fits a range of EA888 2.0 TSI/TFSI and other turbocharged four- and five-cylinder Audi and VW engines.
