This used OEM BMW lock actuator soft-close motor, part number 7419839 (also replaces 7323781 and 51207419839), is a genuine front-left unit from a donor vehicle. Also called a soft-close door actuator or motor, it's part of the system that gently pulls the door shut when latched. When it fails, the door may need extra force to close or the soft-close function stops working entirely.
