This BMW lower engine block (OEM 8528881, also replaces 8528882) is a used genuine part removed from a donor vehicle. It comes from the range-extender engine found in the i3 and i3s—a 0.6L 647cc two-cylinder SOHC naturally aspirated unit. As the main structural component supporting the crankshaft and pistons, a cracked or warped block can cause coolant leaks, oil mixing, or loss of compression.
