BMW Lower Trunk Lid / Liftgate Strut Shock (OEM 7371765) is a used genuine replacement strut pulled from a BMW X5 donor. Also known as a liftgate shock, this gas strut supports the trunk lid or tailgate, keeping it open for loading. Left or right placement—identical units work both sides. As struts age, they lose pressure, causing the trunk or liftgate to drop or fail to stay up. This OEM unit restores proper lift force. Fits BMW X5 models with 2.0L PHEV, 3.0L gas/diesel, or 4.4L V8 engines.
