This part also replaces 8R1035746K. It provides the electrical connection between the MMI control unit and the vehicle's wiring, enabling proper communication for the audio, navigation, and display functions. When the connector or its wiring fails, symptoms include intermittent screen operation, loss of audio, or system non-response.
