This is a used OEM BMW PDC / Park Distance Control Module, part number 7944003, removed from a donor vehicle. It also replaces numbers 9476555, 9472523, 9108337, 6997149, and 6996327. This module controls the ultrasonic sensors that alert you to obstacles during parking. When it fails, you may get a persistent "Parking Assist" error or no audible beeps. Because this is an electronic module, it must be coded to your specific vehicle's VIN by a qualified shop or dealer after installation.
