This is a used OEM Audi Power Brake Booster, genuine part number 8J1614105R, pulled from a donor vehicle. It also replaces the earlier versions 8J1612107C and 8J1612107. The booster amplifies the force from your brake pedal to the master cylinder, making stopping effort lighter and more consistent. A failing unit often causes a hard, unresponsive brake pedal or a noticeable loss of vacuum assist, especially during repeated stops. This booster came from an Audi TT or TTS Quattro with either the 1.8L or 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
