This genuine Audi power steering reservoir / tank, OEM 4E0422373P, is a used direct-fit replacement from a donor. It also replaces 4E0422371P, 4E0422371M, 4E0422371L, and 4E0422371H. Originally installed on A8 Quattro and S8 models with the 5.2L V10 or 6.0L W12, this reservoir stores hydraulic fluid for the steering assist system. A cracked or blocked reservoir can cause whining pump noise or fluid leaks, leading to heavy steering and low assist.
