This BMW Radio / Climate Control Temp Unit (OEM 9249700) is a genuine used part combining audio and HVAC control into one module. Also known as the climate control temperature unit or radio head unit, it supersedes several earlier numbers including 9328426 and 9290743 from the 923xxxx/924xxxx series. When this unit fails, the radio may become unresponsive or the temperature display may show incorrect readings. Because programming is required, the replacement unit must be coded to the vehicle on installation by a qualified shop or dealer.
