The Audi 8J0823723B rain tray seal / firewall weather stripping is a used OEM part that bridges the gap between the windshield cowl and the firewall. Also called a cowl seal or wiper panel gasket, it keeps water and debris out of the cabin air intake. On TT, TT Quattro, TT RS, and TTS models with 1.8T, 2.0T, 2.5T, or 3.2L engines, a dried-out or cracked seal can cause interior moisture, fogging, or musty odors from the HVAC system.
