This used OEM Roof Rack Rail (left side, part 4M0860021C) was removed from an Audi Q7 donor. It mounts along the roof to carry crossbars and cargo accessories. When damaged, the rail may not securely support roof loads or can allow water intrusion into the mounting points. It is a direct replacement for the factory rail on the driver’s side of the roof.
