This BMW seat backrest release handle Bowden cable clip / bracket (OEM 6982921) is a genuine used left-front component. It also replaces 7288347. This small plastic bracket secures the cable that releases the backrest for folding; if broken, the handle may feel loose or fail to unlatch the seat.
