This used OEM BMW side convertible top seal / weather stripping (inner) with part number 7149455 is a genuine replacement for Z4 models equipped with 2.0L or 3.0L engines (both turbocharged and naturally aspirated). Also known as the inner weather strip, it seals the rear left side of the convertible top against water and wind noise. The part also supersedes 7497727 and 7149456. Its function is critical to keeping the cabin dry – a worn seal often allows leaks and increased road noise.
