The BMW right side hood seal (OEM 7269998) is a used genuine part removed from a donor vehicle. This seal closes the gap between the hood and the body on the passenger side, keeping road debris and moisture out of the engine bay. A deteriorated seal can produce wind noise at highway speeds or let dirt accumulate around the hinge area. It fits several 2-series and M2 models equipped with turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder or 3.0L six-cylinder engines.
