The Volkswagen OEM spindle knuckle with wheel bearing (part 5QM505435) is a used genuine component for the left rear. This knuckle houses the wheel bearing and supports the hub assembly; a worn bearing often produces a humming or grinding noise from that corner. It was removed from a Golf model equipped with engines ranging from the 1.4L turbocharged gasoline to the 2.0L diesel.
