3QF407256E is a used OEM spindle knuckle / wheel bearing housing from a Volkswagen donor, originally fitted to the right front of Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport models with either the 2.0L EA888 turbo or the 3.6L VR6. This genuine VW part (also replaces 3QF407256D) integrates the wheel bearing and steering knuckle into one assembly. When worn, a failing wheel bearing housing can produce a humming or growling noise that changes with speed, along with vague steering feel or uneven tire wear.
