This rear sway bar, also known as a stabilizer bar, helps reduce body roll during cornering by linking the suspension. It replaces OEM numbers 4M0511305N, 4M0511305Q, and 4M0511305AL. A worn or broken sway bar can cause a clunking noise from the rear or excessive lean in turns. Fits Audi Q7 models with 2.0L turbo, 3.0L supercharged gas, 3.0L diesel, or 2.0L/3.0L mild-hybrid engines.
