This used OEM Audi starter (part number 06M911024) is a genuine replacement from a donor vehicle. Also supersedes 06M911021 and 06M911024 X. It was engineered for the 2.9L and 3.0L V6 gas/diesel/hybrid engines, plus the 4.0L V8 found in Audi A6, A7, A8, Q7, Q8, RS/S models and Volkswagen Touareg. The starter engages the flywheel to crank the engine; typical failure symptoms include a single click with no crank or intermittent slow cranking.
