This used genuine Audi steering column adjustment lever, OEM number 4F0419378A, is a direct OEM replacement for the handle that operates the tilt/telescope mechanism. Also superseding 4F0419378B, this lever allows the driver to securely lock and release the steering column into position. Over time, the plastic lever can crack or the internal mechanism can loosen, making it difficult to hold the column steady. This salvaged unit restores proper function, providing a solid lock-up every time.
