BMW Steering Column Motor 6865576 (also replaces 6864586) is a used OEM unit removed from a donor vehicle. This motor powers the tilt and telescoping adjustment of the steering column. When it fails, the column may become stuck or unresponsive to controls. Fits both the battery-electric i3 and the range-extender i3s with the 0.6L REX or BEV powertrain.
