Audi inner steering tie rod, OEM part 4H0422810A, is a genuine used component from a salvaged vehicle. This left- or right-side tie rod also replaces numbers 4H0422810 and 8J0423810. It connects the steering rack to the wheel hub, controlling toe alignment. A worn inner tie rod causes loose steering, uneven tire wear, or a knocking sound when turning. This part fits a range of Audi A4, A5, A8, S4, S5, RS5, and allroad models with engines including the 2.0L TFSI, 3.0L supercharged V6, and 4.0L turbo V8.
