This used OEM BMW steering wheel control switch / button, part number 6911585 (also replaces 6911584), was removed from a donor vehicle. Mounted on the left side of the steering wheel, it manages audio, phone, and cruise control functions. A worn switch may cause non-responsive buttons or intermittent operation.
