This used OEM Volkswagen steering wheel control switch (7P6959537) is the left-side button module for steering wheel audio, phone, and display functions. Removed from a Touareg with V6 or V8 engines, it replaces a worn or unresponsive button cluster. Failure often shows as intermittent volume or cruise control operation.
