This is a used genuine OEM Mercedes-Benz steering wheel shift paddle, specifically the left-side downshift switch with OEM part number 2128702310. This part also replaces 2128702810. It is the left-hand paddle that allows the driver to manually downshift gears without taking hands off the wheel.
