This is a used OEM Audi steering wheel tiptronic switch/button, part number 8E0951527E, removed from a donor vehicle. It's the left-side paddle for manual gear selection on the steering wheel. When the tiptronic function fails, the transmission may not respond to manual shift commands or the paddles can feel unresponsive.
