It also supersedes numbers 6834899, 9335335, 9283745, 9268833, and others in the 92xxxxx range. This amplifier powers the premium sound system in select BMW X5, X6, and Z4 models; when it fails, you may experience no audio, intermittent sound, or distortion from the speakers. Because programming is required, the amplifier must be coded to your vehicle’s VIN by a qualified shop or dealer on installation.
