This BMW X5 rear right strut / shock absorber (OEM 6781922) is a used genuine part. It also replaces numbers 6780490, 4048554, and 6778678. Suitable for both six-cylinder and V8 engine variants in the E70 generation. The shock absorber controls vertical wheel movement and chassis damping; a failing unit often causes a bouncy ride, fluid leakage along the shaft, or reduced handling stability in corners.
