For your Volkswagen Tiguan, this genuine OEM strut/shock absorber (5N0412021CP) is a used, direct-fit take-off from a donor vehicle. It also replaces 5N0413031AC and works on either front corner, left or right. This component controls vertical wheel movement and absorbs road impacts to maintain stable handling. When worn, it can cause excessive bounce, uneven tire wear, and diminished steering response. It fits both 1.4L and 2.0L turbocharged engine variants.
