This rear strut fits both left and right positions on Audi A3 models with EA888 2.0L turbo, 1.8L turbo, 1.4L turbo, 2.0L diesel, or the 1.4L plug-in hybrid engine. A worn shock absorber can cause excessive bouncing, poor handling, or fluid leakage, compromising ride control and tire contact.
