This used OEM BMW strut tower brace (part number 7286759, also replaces 51617286759) is a genuine left-side structural reinforcement removed from a donor vehicle. It connects the strut tower to the chassis, reducing flex during cornering for improved handling. Designed for BMW X1 and X2 models with 1.5L turbo or 2.0L turbo engines (including the PHEV variant). A worn or missing brace allows chassis twist, causing vague steering and increased body roll. Install with original hardware to restore factory rigidity.
