You are looking at a used OEM Transmission Gear Position Switch for Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen (part numbers 09D919823 and 95532561200) taken from a donor vehicle. This switch communicates the selected gear to the transmission control module. When it fails, common symptoms include incorrect gear indications, harsh or delayed shifting, and a check engine light. It was originally fitted on various V6 and V8 diesel and gas models of the Touareg, Cayenne, and Q7. Replacing a faulty gear position switch can restore proper shift behavior and eliminate warning lights.
