BMW Transmission Shifter Mount / Bracket OEM 9164483, a genuine used part. This mount (also known simply as the bracket, superseding 6971727) secures the shifter assembly to the transmission tunnel. When worn, it can cause imprecise or sloppy gear selection and rattling noises during shifts. Originally removed from a BMW X5 or X6, designed for the six-cylinder and V8 gasoline and diesel engines listed.
