This used OEM Audi trunk hatch shock/drive unit, part number 4G8827851E (also replaces 4G8827851F), is the left-side lift motor for the power trunk. Also called a lift motor or drive unit, it controls automatic opening and closing of the trunk lid. When this unit fails, the trunk may not open properly, close unevenly, or make grinding noises during operation. Removed from a 2013-2018 Audi A7, RS7, or S7.
