A used genuine Porsche trunk hatch strut/shock, OEM 7P5827851E (also 95851285104), fits either left or right side. This is a single strut removed from a donor Porsche Cayenne — compatible across V6 and V8 engines, including diesel, hybrid, and turbo variants. It replaces earlier numbers 95851285103, 95851285102, 95851285101, and 95851285100. When the strut weakens, the hatch won't stay up on its own; this part restores the proper lift and hold-open force.
