A used OEM BMW trunk hinge cover, left side, with part number 7383562. This is the plastic trim piece that conceals the hinge mechanism on the driver's side of the trunk lid. When this cover is missing or broken, the hinge and spring assembly are left exposed, which can look unfinished and may allow debris to enter the hinge area.
