Also known as the smart opener sensor or bumper module, it is mounted in the left, rear, or right bumper area and detects foot motion for hands-free liftgate operation. This module also replaces LR093907 and LR093906. When the sensor fails, the kick-to-open liftgate feature may stop responding. Programming is required: the module must be coded to the vehicle's VIN by a qualified shop or dealer.
