Used OEM BMW upper B pillar trim panel, OEM part number 7276893, also supersedes 7321389. This is the left-side interior trim piece covering the B-pillar, removed from a donor vehicle. It serves as a cosmetic cover for the structural pillar between the front and rear doors. A common failure is the trim clip breaking or the panel becoming loose, causing rattles or an unsecured fit.
