This used OEM Porsche Upper Dash Air Vent (defroster), part 98755245501, is the left-side unit for directing airflow to the windshield. Also called the defroster vent, it channels warm or cold air across the glass to clear fog and frost. Common failure includes broken louver vanes that no longer hold their position. Removed from a donor Boxster or Cayman, this genuine vent is a direct bolt-in replacement for the original.
