This used OEM upper dash defrost vent (part number 9226012, also replaces 51459226012) is the right-side unit for directing air across the windshield to clear fog and condensation. When this vent cracks or its internal vanes break, defrost airflow is compromised, often leading to poor visibility in humid or cold conditions. It was removed from a BMW 2 Series or M2 with a turbocharged 2.0L or 3.0L engine.
