BMW upper engine oil pan, OEM part number 7544593, is a used genuine component. This part also replaces 7589687, 7544594, 7532623, and 7523702. It serves as the lower crankcase section, sealing the engine's oil sump and providing a mounting surface for the oil pump and pickup tube. When this pan develops a leak or crack, it can cause low oil pressure or visible oil drips beneath the vehicle. It fits several N62 and N62TU V8 engines, including the 4.4L, 4.8L, and supercharged variants found in 5, 6, and 7 Series BMWs.
