This is the lower section of the oil pan assembly, sealing the crankcase and holding the oil reservoir. When its gasket or sealing surface fails, you may notice an oil drip from the engine's underside or a low-oil-pressure warning. Fits 3.0L supercharged and 3.2L naturally aspirated V6 engines in Audi A4, A5, Q5, S4, and S5 models.
