This used OEM Upper Seat Backrest Cushion Assembly (BMW part 7374633, also replaces 52107374633) is the original front-left backrest pad. Removed from a donor vehicle, it provides the correct contour and support for the driver’s seat. Often referred to as a seat back cushion, this assembly restores proper lumbar and upper-back comfort when the original foam has sagged or split.
